Carob Cream Pie

Everyone likes desserts, so here is a simple, easy one. Delicious. 1 water pack tofu firm; 1/4 C. carob powder; 1/2 C. almond butter; 2 Tbsp. milk, almond, coconut or soy; 1 pie crust; Blend until creamy and pour in pie shell and freeze.

Special Candy

1 C. Coconut oil; 1/4 C. Almond butter; 4 Tbsp. Lecithin; pinch of salt; 1 t. Vanilla; 1/2 C. Walnuts; 4 Tbsp. Carob; Agave syrup or Honey to taste. Mix and spread in pan and freeze. Very delicious!

                                                               Pumpkin Pudding 
1 pkg. soft tofu; 1/2 teasp. salt; 2/3 C agave syrup;  1 can pumpkin, 3/4 teasp. spice of your choice, I used about a teasp. vanilla too.  Whip all together and refrigerate.  Delicious.
